Si l’analyse des phénomènes multilangagiers dans les discours et l’analyse de discours plurilingues sont désormais considérés comme des champs d’enquête commun en AD, d’autres perspectives de recherche ouvrent des brèches vers des investigations pionnières. Semblablement, si le mariage de l’analyse du discours et de la sociolinguistique peut désormais vanter ses noces d’argent, les relations entre l’AD et d’autres disciplines qui s’intéressent au multilinguisme ne vivent que leur printemps. Cette table ronde en modalité hybride souhaite offrir aux chercheurs une occasion de dialoguer autour du potentiel de l’AD pour l’étude du multilinguisme et de ses ramifications.

While the analysis of multilingual phenomena in discourse and the study of multilingual discourse are now established fields of inquiry in DA, other research perspectives are opening avenues for pioneering investigations. Similarly, although discourse analysis and sociolinguistics can now boast of a longstanding collaboration, the relationships between DA and other disciplines interested in multilingualism are still in their early stages. This roundtable (hybrid mode) aims to offer researchers an opportunity to engage in dialogue regarding the potential of DA for the study of multilingualism and its various ramifications.
