Learning Objectives

    The aim of the course it to promote students' knowledge and understanding of contemporary legal concepts and rules of law from a historical perspective, and to aid students in developing skills in legal analysis.
    The course is concerned with the Italian and EU regulation of the relations between individuals or organizations.

    The course aim to provide an introduction to the phenomenon of legal development and the relationship of law and society. The course is concerned with ownership and property interests.
  • Responsabilità civile
    The course aim to provide an introduction to the phenomenon of legal development and the relationship of law and society. The course is concerned with contractual liability and tort law.

Detailed Course Content

  • Soggetti, rapporti giuridici e autonomia privata
    Legal system, legal rule and source of law (notion). Legal status of individuals. Contracts (Notion, Formation, Interpretation, Representation, Validity, Termination).
  • Beni, diritti reali e possesso
    Ownership, possession and property interests.
  • Responsabilità civile
    Obligations and contractual liability. Tort law and compensation for damages.
