Learning Objectives

• ORGANIZZAZIONE AMMINISTRATIVA
  The course has the purpose to give the basic knowledge about the public organization and about the rules that governing the public administration. The specific objective, according to the general objectives of university degree, is training specialists in management of public administration. The students will be able to understand the role of the public and its peculiarities compared to private parties, even if there are hybrid models that require to see again the characters of the public organization.
• ATTIVITA' AMMINISTRATIVA
  The course has the purpose to give the basic knowledge about the public functions. The specific objective, according to the general objectives of university degree, is training specialists in management of public service. The students will be able to comprise public and private role, to plan administrative act according to the rules of public communications and to respect guarantees of individuals.
• GIUSTIZIA AMMINISTRATIVA
  The course has the purpose to give the basic knowledge about the system of administrative justice. The specific objective, according to the general objectives of university degree, is training specialists in management of public administration. The students will be able to understand the role of administrative juge in the context of protection system against public administration.

Detailed Course Content

• ORGANIZZAZIONE AMMINISTRATIVA
  The lessons aim to provide the basic and specific knowledge of the program study and to analyze case law. The subjects of study will be: the organization of public administration, the principles, local autonomy and public bodies. The purpose is to understand the evolution of public organization, the use of privatistic models and the development of local autonomy according to the principle of vertical subsidiarity, even though the economic crisis supports the process of centralization.
• ATTIVITA' AMMINISTRATIVA
  The lessons aim to provide the basic and specific knowledge of the program study and to analyze case law. The subjects of study will be: the administrative functions, the administrative process and the evolution of public administration. The purpose is to understand the rules and the principles of the modern administration.
• GIUSTIZIA AMMINISTRATIVA
  The lessons aim to provide the basic and specific knowledge of the program study and to analyze case law. The subjects of study will be: the system of administrative justice, the actions that may be proposed, the principles of process. The purpose is to understand the evolution of justice system connected to the evolution of relations between public and private entities. This evolution nears the administrative law to the civil law.
