Learning Objectives

  • Education, School and territory: educational emergencies
    During the module means tackling the central problem of contemporary pedagogical debate on the many frontiers of education, from which views education as growth bio-psycho-anthropological and ontological, that which sees education as action-noetic, as linguistic communication, as a practice and as an event, referring to a person who is in crisis, set in a social totality that is increasingly fragmented, liquid, devoid of strong points of reference, conditioned by a globalized society where small communities are monads without relations between them. The question of democracy calls into question the role of the teacher and all social workers to respond to emergencies educational and social contexts that are rooted in class and community increasingly problematic and complex, taking into account of an educational, cultural, social and political increasingly linked to ethical principles and net clear.

    Aims

    In this perspective, by analyzing historical and theoretical pedagogical phenomena of the twentieth century, we will try to:

    - Define a theory of the formation;
    -To understand and cope differently is the question of the subject as a person located in the complexity and variety of social contexts in the era of globalization and the new frontiers of education, as well intersect with the issue of new parties to be formed in order to processes of multiculturalism / interculturalism and the development of new media, and the question of democracy in pedagogical perspective by analyzing the different educations: democracy, citizenship, to the person;
    - Propose a new Bildung designed for the full humanization of man in its anthropological contexts, social and political towards new horizons of democracy / and still not fully completed at the global level;
  • The Critical Education as a paradigm of a new democracy
    The objectives of this module are:
    - Analyze the projects to enhance quality teaching needed to achieve objectives and goals of skills both in school, and in the training agencies, educational and social in the territory;
    - Assess the quality educational training;
    - Consider educational planning as the central moment of each training action
    - Define a theoretical basis from which to derive a design pattern that has as its basis the conceptual paradigm and operational quality in order to active citizenship;
    - Study the extent of education and training for active citizenship: civic education in urban and peripheral;
    - Understand the relationship between pedagogy and ecology models and contexts

    - The slopes of intervention training agencies formal, non-formal and informal;

    - The educational emergencies between school, family and society;

    - Meanings and new models of citizenship: one of the new frontiers;

    - The influence of the media and new media in education research;

    - The problem of democracy: pedagogical issues
