- Sociological Thought since ParsonsThe main objective is the deepening of the tesi that underdermines the supposed differences between the social sciences and the physical sciences, allowing students to confront the fundamental unity of scientific knowledge.

Detailed Course Content
- Sociological Thought since Parsons
After analyzing the origin of the discipline and its relationship with the other sciences, it provides an overview of the theories and methods of the most representative authors, in particular Comte, Quételet, Marx, Durkheim.
- Sociological thought after Parsons
Knowledge of the main theories and methods of Weber, Parsons and the post-Parsons authors.
