Detailed Course Content
The contents of the course concern the relationship between information and decisions in particular types of legal proceedings, in the penal field and in the administrative field. The course aims to deepen the dimensions of proceduralization of collective decisions that are realized through legal norms, in the penal system and in the administrations.
