Detailed Course Content

The program will be carried out by addressing and deepening during the lessons, through methods that provide for the involvement of students in terms of participation in the discussions, some issues such as: the social nature of law; law as a social phenomenon; the recipients of the right; the ''crisis'' of law; modern legal order and paradigm shift; law and globalization. The same reasoning applies to the sociology of deviance issues: concepts and definitions of deviance and criminality; normative socialization and social control; sociological research on crime and deviances; the construction of data; the scientific paradigms of interpreting deviant behavior; policies and models of institutional intervention.
