The fundamental problems of an organization (coordination, incentivizing of its members, and promotion of common interests). The notion of efficiency, transaction costs and their classification. Coordination by means of the price system and through the managerial action. Contracts and bounded rationality, information asymmetry, adverse selection and moral hazard. Employment policy, internal markets of labour, roles , promotions, remunerations and incentives. The executive pay. Limits and structure of the firm.
