Expected Learning Outcomes

The teaching of administrative law and public services aims to provide basic and special legal instruments necessary to know the functioning of public administrations. The students of the course will be able to orient themselves in the vast and varied world of public administration and know the rules tand the legal instruments through which it acts. Students must be able, from the outside, to relate to public structures, from the inside, to occupy roles of management and organization of social services to which the course of study is dedicated.

Required Prerequisites

The study of administrative law presupposes knowledge of the fundamental principles of the Constitution, the functioning and competences of the constitutional organs and knowledge of legal sources system.

Attendance of Lessons

Lessons will take place within a cycle of lessons. Each lesson will last two hours. There will be two or three lessons in a week.

The program is divided into 4 parts: the fundamental principles of the action and organization of the public administration,; the organization; the activity; the public services.

Learning Assessment

The final exam will be oral. Possible modalities of intermediate assessment will be agreed with the students during the lessons.
